Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We use a third courier shipping company as our partner. Therefore, we do not get daily updates. Any issue with your order, kindly escalate it via mail or WhatsApp.

 

Our shipping timelines are-

1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days.

2. Standard shipping PAN India: 5-9 working days.

3. International Shipping: 10-12 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you can contact us via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

  • Pinkbasket.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages.

  • Pinkbasket.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any order, paid or unpaid, we do not allow cancellation.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

  • If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken. All we would need are the pictures/videos of the damaged product/s.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

1. Gift cards

2. Personal hygiene items.

3. Chocolates- Due to the increase in temperature, they are bound to melt in Transit.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have verified the damaged product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after GST at 18%, shipping fees, RTO fees or 5% transaction fees, whichever is applicable.

The refund when applicable will be processed within 5-9 business days.

1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately products bought on Sale cannot be refunded.

3. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
